Indonesia SIPF Events

On May 26, 2025, P3IEI held the 2025 Annual GMS at Seminar Room 2, Tower II, 1st Floor, Indonesia Stock Exchange Building which was attended by the Company's Shareholders, namely PT Bursa Efek Indonesia represented by Mr. Kristian Manullang (Director of Transaction Supervision and Compliance of IDX), PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia represented by Mr. Antonius Herman Azwar (Director of IDClear), and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia represented by Mrs. Imelda Sebayang (Director of Finance and Administration of KSEI). Also present were the Board of Commissioners of P3IEI, Mrs. Dian Kurniasarie (President Commissioner) and Mrs. Indriani Darmawati (Commissioner), as well as Mr. Narotama Aryanto as Director of P3IEI.

In addition, also present were the Board of Commissioners of P3IEI, Mrs. Dian Kurniasarie (President Commissioner) and Mrs. Indriani Darmawati (Commissioner), and Mr. Narotama Aryanto as Director of P3IEI. 

The agenda for the 2025 Annual GMS is:

1. Approval and Ratification of the Company's Annual Report including the Report on the Supervisory Duties of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the 2024 Financial Year;
2. Determination of the Use of the Company's Profit for the 2024 Financial Year;
3. Appointment of a Public Accounting Firm that will audit the Company's books for the 2025 Financial Year;
4. Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Calculation of the Term of Office of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of P3IEI;
5. Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of P3IEI for the 2025-2028 term of office;
6. Determination of the amount of Salary and/or Allowances for Members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors for the term of office 2025-2028; and
7. Provision of Community Service to the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of P3IEI for the term of office 2022-2025
   
   

So after the closing of this Annual GMS, the Board of Commissioners and Directors for the 2025-2028 Period have been determined as follows:
