On June 21, 2019, Indonesia SIPF held the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which was attended by the Company's shareholders consisting of IDX, KSEI, and KPEI. The results of the 2019 AGMS included the re-election of Mr. Ignatius Girendroheru as President Director and Mr. Widodo as Director for the period 2019-2022, and assigning Ms. Dewi Arum Prasetyaningtyas as President Commissioner and Mr. Roni Gunardi as Commissioners for the 2019-2022 period.
