On November 29, 2021, Indonesia SIPF has held the 2021 EGMS which was attended virtually
by all Shareholders, namely PT the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek
Indonesia (KPEI), and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). The single agenda for the
implementation of this EGMS is the Approval of the Company's Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT)
for 2022.
