JAKARTA. No need to worry for investing in Capital Market. Ending his final leadership, on last December 28th 2012, Chief of The Financial Services and Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK) issued the regulations for Investor Protection Fund (DPP) and Investor Protection Fund Institution (PDPP). The existence of such fund aoolied for protecting the investors' assets from any fraud or embezzlement. In spite of the consolidation of Bapepam-LK into Financial Services Authority (FSA) this year, this regulation still shall be applied. Full Article
