Financeroll - Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) promulgates Regulation Number IX.L.1 attachment of Director of Bapepam-LK Decision Number KEP-718/BL/2012 on Quasi Reorganization. Such a promulgation replaces that of Bapepam-LK Director Number: Kep-16/PM/2004 on April 13, 2014 on The Implementation of Quasi Reorganization. Meanwhile, Ngalim Sawega, Bapepam-LK Director, states that the purpose of the improvement is to harmonize regulations of Bapepam-LK with Financial Reporting Standard (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan/PSAK) as a consequence of PSAK convergence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
