On September 11, 2013, Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) issued a business operation license that authorizes Indonesia SIPF to run and manage IPF in Indonesia, according to Decree of Board of Commissionaire of OJK Number Kep-43/D.04/2013 on Endowment of Business Operation License to Indonesia SIPF. Having supplied with the permit, Indonesia SIPF is an official institution for running and managing IPF with reference to Bapepam-LK Rule Number VI.A.4 on IPF and Rule Number VI.A.5 on IPF Institution.
The issuance of Business Operation License also stipulates the outcome Fit and Proper Test of Board of Commissionaires and Directors Candidate for 2013-2016 tenure. And because of that, on October 1, 2013 Indonesia SIPF held Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholders whose topic was approving and determining the Stipulation of Board Of Directors and Commissionaires for 2013-2016 tenure, with the following formation:

2. Commissionaire : Hari Purwantono
3. Chief Executive Officer : Yoyok Isharsaya
4. Director : Hari Purnomo
