Kegiatan Indonesia SIPF

On September 15, 2026, Indonesia SIPF and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) officially signed a Cooperation Agreement concerning the Provision of Fund Accounts and the Distribution of Investor Loss Compensation Funds.

The agreement was signed by KSEI President Director, Mr. Samsul Hidayat, and Indonesia SIPF President Director, Mr. Gusrinaldi Akhyar, and witnessed by Mr. Edi Broto Suwarno, Head of the Financial Services Institutions Supervision Department of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

This synergy reflects our strong commitment to implementing POJK No. 65/POJK.04/2020 and SEOJK No. 17/SEOJK.04/2021, while ensuring that the distribution of investor loss compensation funds is carried out more effectively, transparently, and accountably.
